Welcome to Gravity Aligned Studio. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, booking services, programs, packages, memberships, digital materials, and in-person or virtual services.
By using this website, purchasing a service or plan, submitting a form, or booking an appointment with Gravity Aligned Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Gravity Aligned Studio
Gravity Aligned Studio provides movement, mobility, strength, recovery, nervous system, wellness, education, coaching, and related services designed to help individuals better understand their patterns, build physical capacity, and develop greater self-sufficiency in supporting their long-term movement and well-being.
Our services may include assessments, movement education, mobility work, strength and conditioning, guided recovery practices, breathwork, meditation, energy-based wellness practices, coaching, educational services, and other related offerings.
Specific services, practitioners, session lengths, prices, and availability may change over time.
2. Not Medical Care
Gravity Aligned Studio does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physical therapy, psychotherapy, or other licensed medical or mental-health services unless a particular service is expressly identified as being provided by an appropriately licensed professional acting within that professional's scope of practice.
Our services are intended for general wellness, movement, fitness, education, recovery, and personal-development purposes.
Information provided through our website, sessions, assessments, programs, or educational materials should not be considered a substitute for evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
If you have an injury, medical condition, unexplained pain, significant physical limitation, or other health concern, you should consult an appropriate healthcare professional.
3. Participation and Assumption of Risk
Movement, exercise, strength training, mobility work, stretching, recovery practices, and other physical activities involve inherent risks.
These risks may include soreness, strains, sprains, falls, aggravation of existing conditions, cardiovascular events, or other injuries.
By voluntarily participating in our services, you acknowledge these inherent risks and agree to participate within your abilities.
You are responsible for communicating relevant limitations, injuries, symptoms, or changes in your physical condition that may affect your ability to safely participate.
You should stop an activity and inform your practitioner if you experience unusual pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, numbness, weakness, or other concerning symptoms.
Additional informed-consent or liability-waiver forms may be required before participation in certain services. These Terms do not replace any separate waiver, consent, or intake agreement that you may be required to sign.
4. Wellness, Energy, Meditation & Coaching Services
Some Gravity Aligned Studio services may incorporate practices such as guided meditation, breathwork, relaxation techniques, energy-based wellness practices, chakra-focused practices, intuitive reflection, astrology, Human Design, sound-based relaxation, or personal coaching.
These practices are offered for wellness, relaxation, self-reflection, education, and personal-development purposes.
They are not medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or financial services and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice in those areas.
No particular physical, emotional, personal, spiritual, financial, or other outcome is guaranteed.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions following any session, reading, coaching conversation, or educational experience.
5. Bookings
Appointments are subject to practitioner and studio availability.
Submitting a booking request does not necessarily guarantee an appointment. Where manual approval is used, your appointment is confirmed only after Gravity Aligned Studio accepts the booking.
We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or modify appointment requests when necessary.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the contact information provided during booking is accurate so that confirmations and scheduling communications can be delivered.
6. Payments
Prices displayed during booking or checkout represent the price applicable to that service, package, program, or plan at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, payment may be required in full at the time of booking or purchase.
Gravity Aligned Studio may change prices for future purchases at any time. A price change will not retroactively alter a completed purchase unless required by law.
Applicable taxes or processing charges may be added where required.
7. Packages, Plans & Multi-Session Programs
Packages, plans, memberships, and multi-session programs may include a defined number of sessions, specific eligible services, an expiration period, or other limitations described at the time of purchase.
Purchasing a package or plan does not guarantee appointment availability at a particular date or time.
Sessions must be scheduled according to studio availability.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable plan terms or required by law, unused sessions do not have cash value and cannot be transferred to another person.
Clients are responsible for using purchased sessions before any stated expiration date.
The terms displayed for a particular plan or package at checkout form part of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Gravity Aligned Studio maintains appointment times specifically for scheduled clients.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session price or counted as a used session from a package or plan.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may also result in the full session charge or loss of the applicable session credit.
We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances occur. Gravity Aligned Studio may make exceptions at its discretion.
If Gravity Aligned Studio needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, the affected session will be rescheduled or credited as appropriate.
9. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may still end at its originally scheduled time to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments.
The full session price may still apply.
If a late arrival makes it impractical or unsafe to conduct the session, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation.
10. Refunds
Except where otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, completed services are non-refundable.
Refund eligibility for unused packages, plans, programs, workshops, or other purchases will depend on the terms associated with the purchase and applicable law.
No refund will be issued for a session that has already been provided.
Any approved refund may be returned through the original payment method when reasonably possible.
11. Results are not Guaranteed
Every person's body, circumstances, history, consistency, response to training, and experience are different.
Gravity Aligned Studio does not guarantee specific results from assessments, programs, training, mobility work, recovery services, coaching, energy-based practices, or other services.
Examples, testimonials, client experiences, or educational information should not be interpreted as promises that another individual will experience the same results.
12. Client Responsibility
Our approach emphasizes education and developing greater awareness and self-sufficiency.
Clients remain responsible for how they apply information outside of sessions.
Recommendations regarding movement, exercise, recovery, lifestyle practices, or other activities should be performed within your abilities and modified or discontinued when appropriate.
You agree to provide truthful and reasonably complete information when completing intake forms or communicating information relevant to your participation.
13. Minors
The Gravity Aligned Studio name, branding, written materials, educational content, graphics, program structures, training materials, methodologies, exercises as presented within our proprietary systems, assessment frameworks, worksheets, videos, course materials, and other original content are owned by Gravity Aligned Studio or used with permission, except where otherwise indicated.
Our materials are provided for the client's personal use and education.
Unless we provide written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, teach, commercially exploit, or represent Gravity Aligned Studio's proprietary materials or systems as your own.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a client from using general knowledge, exercises, or skills learned through participation for their own personal wellness and movement practice.
15. Website Content
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and current. However, information regarding services, availability, pricing, practitioners, programs, schedules, or other offerings may occasionally change.
We do not guarantee that every portion of the website will always be error-free, complete, or continuously available.
We may modify, suspend, remove, or update website content or services without prior notice.
16. Acceptable Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access to its systems, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, impersonate another individual, submit fraudulent information, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
17. Third-Party Services
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Wix and third-party payment, scheduling, communication, analytics, social-media, or other service providers.

Gravity Aligned Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving unsafe behavior, harassment, threats, inappropriate conduct, repeated policy violations, nonpayment, or situations in which we believe a requested service is outside our appropriate scope.
Where appropriate, prepaid unused services will be handled according to the applicable purchase terms and law.
