Service Description
A personalized starting point for understanding how you move, adapt, and respond and what your body may need next. Together, Stefanie and Jae look at your current movement patterns, posture, mobility, breath, body awareness, balance and physical capacity to build a clearer picture of where you are now. We’ll explore where movement feels limited, where your body may be working harder than it needs to, and what you want to feel more capable of doing in your everyday life. From there, we’ll help determine the most appropriate direction for your work at Gravity Aligned, including which Body pathway may best support what you want to build. This is not a diagnosis or medical evaluation. It is an educational, movement-based assessment designed to help you better understand your body and move forward with greater intention.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. To help us maintain availability for all clients, please review the following booking policies before scheduling. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We ask that you provide at least **24 hours' notice** if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee or, when booked using a multi-session plan, may result in the session being deducted from your plan. MISSED APPOINTMENTS Missed appointments without notice may be charged the full session fee or deducted from your plan. LATE ARRIVALS If you arrive late, your session may need to end at the originally scheduled time to avoid affecting the next client's appointment. The full session fee will still apply. PAYMENT Payment is due according to the payment method selected at booking. Individual sessions booked online may require payment in full to reserve the appointment. MULTI-SESSION PLANS Sessions booked through a Gravity Aligned plan are subject to the plan's expiration date and applicable Plan Policy. Plan sessions must be used within the stated plan period. HEALTH & PARTICIPATION Please let us know before your session about any changes that may affect your ability to participate safely. Gravity Aligned Studio provides non-clinical movement, wellness, education, coaching, and related services and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. PRACTICIONER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS If Gravity Aligned Studio needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will not be charged or lose a session from your plan. We will work with you to reschedule. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to Gravity Aligned Studio's booking and cancellation policies.
