Do I need to work with Gravity Aligned before joining?

Membership is designed as a continuation of work you've already begun. Most members will have worked with us first so we understand how you move, what you've been working on, and what kind of ongoing support makes sense. If you already have an established movement practice, reach out and we'll determine whether membership is a good fit.

02 · What happens in a monthly session?

We check in on what has changed since your last visit, revisit how you're moving, and adjust the work based on what your body needs now. Your session may include movement, mobility, strength, recovery practices, or a combination of approaches, with clear practices you can continue between visits.

03 · What if I need to pause?

Life happens. Membership can be paused when it needs to be—for travel, injury, or seasons that ask more of you. The goal is a sustainable practice, not a rigid one.

Your membership includes a monthly private session, movement refreshes, recovery practices, and access to member-only community experiences. Each month responds to what your body needs now, helping you continue building strength, mobility, recovery, and physical capacity over time.
