Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Gravity Aligned, each session is intentionally reserved for you. Because our services require dedicated time, preparation, and studio resources, we ask that clients provide adequate notice when changing an appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
Same-day cancellations and missed appointments without notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price or, for clients using a package or plan, the session may be deducted from the remaining session balance.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time so you can receive the full benefit of your scheduled session.
If you arrive late, your session may need to end at the originally scheduled time in order to respect the appointments that follow. The full session fee will still apply.
If you arrive significantly late and there is not enough time to safely or effectively provide the scheduled service, the appointment may be treated as a same-day cancellation.
Packages & Membership Sessions
If an appointment booked through a package, membership, or prepaid plan is canceled within the cancellation window or missed without notice, the scheduled session may be deducted from the client's remaining sessions.
Emergencies & Unexpected Circumstances
We understand that illness, emergencies, severe weather, and unexpected situations can occur. Exceptions may be made at Gravity Aligned's discretion when circumstances reasonably prevent a client from attending.
If Gravity Aligned needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your session will be rescheduled without penalty and any payment or session credit will remain available to you.
Agreement to Policy
By scheduling an appointment with Gravity Aligned, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
