At Gravity Aligned, services are personalized and appointment time is reserved specifically for each client. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, packages, memberships, and unused services are handled.
1. SINGLE SESSIONS
Payments for individual sessions are generally non-refundable once the service has been provided.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an upcoming appointment, the terms of our Cancellation Policy apply.
When a cancellation is made within the permitted cancellation period, any refund or account credit will be handled according to the terms presented at the time of booking.
2. LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Appointments canceled outside the permitted cancellation window and missed appointments are not eligible for a refund.
Any applicable cancellation or no-show fees will be governed by our Cancellation Policy and the terms accepted when the appointment was booked.
3. PACKAGES & MULTI-SESSION PLANS
Packages and multi-session plans are intended to support consistency and may include discounted pricing based on the purchase of multiple sessions.
Once a package has been used, payments are generally non-refundable.
Unused portions of partially used packages are not eligible for cash refunds unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Packages are non-transferable unless Gravity Aligned provides written approval.
Any expiration dates or additional restrictions disclosed when the package is purchased will apply.
3. PACKAGES & MULTI-SESSION PLANS
Membership and recurring-plan payments are generally non-refundable after a billing period has begun.
Canceling a membership prevents future renewals but does not normally result in a refund for payments already processed.
Membership cancellation terms, minimum commitments, and other conditions disclosed at the time of purchase will apply.
5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS, READINGS & PERSONALIZED MATERIALS
Payments for digital products, personalized reports, assessments, readings, educational materials, or other customized materials are non-refundable once preparation, delivery, or access has begun.
This includes personalized materials created specifically for an individual client.
6. GIFT CARDS & GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
7. DUPLICATE OR INCORRECT CHARGES
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact Gravity Aligned promptly so the transaction can be reviewed and corrected when appropriate.
8. CANCELLATION BY GRAVITY ALIGNED
If Gravity Aligned cancels an appointment and an appropriate rescheduled appointment cannot be arranged, the client may receive a refund or account credit for the affected service.
Clients will not be charged cancellation fees when Gravity Aligned cancels an appointment.
9. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur.
Gravity Aligned may, at its discretion, provide an account credit, rescheduling option, or refund in exceptional circumstances. Any exception does not modify this Refund Policy or establish an obligation to provide the same exception in the future.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
10. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be returned, whenever possible, to the original payment method.
Processing times are determined by the payment processor and financial institution and may vary.
